The 6-man Raft Race is THE major Charity Fun Event of the W/E and the rafts comprise of two 3-man Open Canoes rafted together with a central spar (which we supply) and then lashed together at the bow &stern.

The race is tidally assisted within the Mawddach Estuary, takes about 45mins and is held on both days of the Paddlefest.

There are various prizes, as per the Entry Form, including a Fancy Dress category on the Sunday, and all monies received from these 2 fun races go to Hope House Children’s Hospice - Ty Gobaith, and Local Good Causes.”
