You may be aware that the Barmouth to Fort Wlliam Three Peaks Yacht Race is now formally part of MYC. This year the 45th race which starts from Barmouth on Saturday June 10th.
We need some extra volunteers to help with a range of activities to support the event.
Help with the Race Office and Registration (normally the dining room in the Club):
FRIDAY 9th. and morning of 10th JUNE
Marshaling:
Whitehaven Marshaling SUNDAY Evening 11th to THURSDAY 14th. (Includes support for fuel, accommodation and meals) - Training Provided! [N.B.: Free Tickets for to the Annual Prize giving Dinner/Dance in October for Caernafon, Whitehaven & Corpach Marshals!!!]
Harbour set-up & help with social programme
Thursday setting-up Race Office, manning comms, bar etc,
Friday (Coffee, Tea, Bacon Baps etc, Bar, Evening Meal), manning race office
Saturday gazebo erection & manning (refreshments etc.), + Clear-up.
